I have been a long time supporter of this store, for over 15 years. Today, I brought my young daughters in as my youngest had a gift certificate to use that she got for her birthday. She chose some things out, budgeting accordingly based on her gift certificate amount. There were 3 boxes of dumpling squishies marked $4.99. Each box was clearly labeled with the pricr. Both of my girls got one. My other daughter purchased a couple things so I expected to have to pay more than what was on the gift certificate. When I was told the amount that I still owed, it seemed to be more than what I calculated in my head. As we were leaving the store, I looked at my receipt and I noted we were charged $9.99 for the dumplings, despite the price on the boxes saying they were $4.99. I went back up to the counter and told the two girls working about the price discrepancy and was told “oh yeah, sorry, “she” JUST changed those prices and made them higher.” Then she said, “I will go remove the price sticker from the boxes right now.” Like that was going to make a difference for me at that point. There was absolutely no attempt made at resolution for the false advertising. I was just supposed to deal wit
